    Hi there i am 51 it appears i have been going through menopause for ever what i try to do is keep the stress out of my life laugh a little try a juicer so far this helps me with all the fruits and vegetables this is what our bodies needs to adjust to the transistion of menopause and may help in postmenopause hopefully this can help someone in this journey good luck to all.

    Thanks j. It’s awesome that such natural solutions are working well for you. I envy you that. I think you’ve hit on a critical aspect of menopause – different things work for different people. Along that same vein – different women have different symptoms, so not every menopausal woman is a powder keg waiting to go off – although the stereotype is extremely pervasive.
